Cloud Transformation using Containers, serverless or PaaS services is an investment choice for successful Transformation for organizations but one of the key aspects from a Value management perspective is Throughput vs the investment which transforms into a more agile organization and a sustainable ecosystem. One of the most overlooked aspects is the management and operation models for more cloud-native development lead transformation and the challenges it poses for the organization to change. A part that must be unlearned and relearned to figure out how the operations work in Cloud and how it adds value where Operate actually leads the development itself. This also has the reliability aspects inculcated.

In this session , you will hear extending DevOps methodology to Platform Integration, a complex process of packaging drivers, firmware & other software components to a single converged image and its validation followed by release to OEMs. With industry adopting to more agility in deploying, testing& releasing products, DevOps modernizes to build and test this process for each component check-in to increase quality, robustness and reduces time to release with scalability. With set of pre-checks to validate right component version before integration, we left shift the quality & robustness in earlier phase of product development and validate the package in escalating levels in proportion to test cases. This session also explains different tools used in DevOps process and their effective usage in Platform Integration & Validation to improve performance and reduce time to market.
