Ways to convince Your Boss Ways to Save

Overview of the event

We recently wrapped up 2017 as the year of digital quality. We talked about how digital transformation is going to bring even more drastic shifts in how we do software delivery. And how your organization needs to brace up to bring agile models to work in order to release higher quality software faster through automated testing.

A key trend that will sweep over to bring economies of scale, speed and intelligence will be automated testing followed by AI. We've seen a massive movement from manual to automation in the last couple of years, as manual could not handle this scale of change. Manual testing matrices are too big to approximate manually, take a long time, and are very complex to handle for applications like Uber, Snapchat, and Twitter that are scaling at the speed of light.

Manual testing might not be able to meet the demand of a plethora of web browsers, devices, operating systems, screen resolutions, and responsive designs. And to deliver quality at the speed of digital, there will be a need to bring in the right automated testing initiatives. But automation is vast and there are several nuances to it. Which nuances will be more pronounced in 2018?

121 Test Automation Day will help you get industry best practices in Test Automation and the latest tools and techniques to achieve it.

X Topic Abstract

Building quality-in with a SAFe Implementation involves building strong Dev-QA-Ops practices right from the start. Construct a CI/CD pipeline, define Portfolio Epics declare non-functional requirements and implement them as tests while connecting features and stories to automation. Finding an issue in production allows a developer to take it back to the team that owns the ability to fix it, add a new test, and thereby reducing recurring costs.

X Topic Abstract

Developing and implementing a continuous testing strategy to support CI and CD can provide the enormous cost benefit for any project executed in Agile mode. In this session, you will learn on how to architect Continuous testing framework, implement them in real time, learn about best practices. In addition, a demo which pragmatically shows how to integrate Jenkins, GIT, BitBucket and Selenium/SahiPro. After listening to this session, you can straight away go to your office next day and start the implementation of continuous testing.

X Topic Abstract

Enterprise-wide test automation is a very compelling proposition for any organizations. Yesteryears we tested 10 to 100 test scenarios but today there are tons and tons of test scenarios and test data, it's very hard for a small team to get through it all. In order to have a consistent and sustainable automation strategy, we need to leverage AI in software testing. Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we think about technology. It is radically changing the various aspects of our daily testing and E2E automation in software testing. In this presentation, we will demonstrate how to leverage ML algorithms in mobile Test Automation
