Speaker Profile

Prior to Tabcorp, Cameron spent numerous years working across various companies (startup and finance) as both a software engineer and as an automation engineer.

He joined Tabcorp as a consultant lead automation engineer in March 2016 on the abacus (terminal operator system replacement) project which sits in the retail digital space at Tabcorp.

Due to the teams performance and highly visible QA and automation achievements he was offered the newly established position at Tabcorp to Lead QA across all Melbourne Digital projects.

Across Digital Melbourne the team achieved a significant QA transformation in a short period of time earning our project teams high praise right across Tabcorp and culminating in his promotion to QA Practice Lead for Lotteries and Keno in the now merged Tabcorp (& former Tatts Group) company.

Cameron's key strengths are his strong technical and coding skills, the outcome driven approach and highly visible culture he cultivates within the team as well as his passion for team learning and continuous improvements
