Prior to Deloitte, he has worked with KPMG, Tata Motors, Lafarge, Infosys and Oracle Consulting and his key strengths lie in the areas of supply chain management, business process reengineering, emerging countries enablement, network optimization, ERP Implementation and ERP Footprint Review across multiple industries and geographies.

He is also an avid marathoner.

Vinod Khader has around 20 years experience in Software Development and is an Associate Director at IBM Software Labs in the Data and AI division. In the current role, he leads the development of Watson Machine Learning Platform on IBM's public and private cloud platforms with teams across the globe. Watson Machine Learning platform help Data Scientists, Data Engineers and App Developers in managing the end to end Machine Learning and Model management life cycle starting from Training, Evaluation, Deployment and Scoring (prediction).

Dinesh Bhogle, based in Mumbai, draws on his experience in various executive positions to help clients build futuristic Business Applications around Emerging Technologies. Prior to joining DXC Technology as a Solution Sales Advisor, Dinesh had a career with Grid Infocom, Larsen and Toubro Infotech, Rave technologies over the span of 19 years in various roles of Consulting, Architecting and Delivering the complex innovative digital enterprise application in diverse domain areas. Dinesh has extensive proficiency in Emerging Technology such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Digital Transformation and Analytics. Dinesh is a certified TOGAF professional, in addition to various sophisticated RPA and AI certifications.

Dinesh had led the Architecture Group to deliver effective solutions for the Intelligent Automation Projects from due diligence at the client's landscape, finalizing the scope, design, architect, delivery and actively involved in monitoring, farming and providing analytics insights.

Dinesh possesses an ample array of knowledge on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, Cloud, and OCR technologies. He is keen to learn the Emerging Technologies and want to be an Technology Evangelist in emerging technologies.

Dinesh earned a Master’s degree in Computer Application. He is fluent in Hindi & English.

Outside work, Dinesh is passionate about reading (blogs, articles, etc.), playing cricket and traveling with his wife and 13 years old son.

I’ll share some of my experiences from delivering a state of the art product offering for our existing customers while trying to maintain their existing legacy product. There were similar wins where we build AI in our test automation frameworks while the team is busy working with scrum teams to test the sprint deliverables. It's about “calculated risk-taking” and “failing fast”. It's about identifying and investing your team’s appropriate efforts on future bets while keeping the system running on a continuous improvement cadence.

Shyam is an Experienced Leader in global delivery and successfully executed many large engagements. Shyam has focused on the Insurance industry and his clients include Fortune 500 companies. His responsibilities range from Business development, Project management, Program management, QA management, Relationship management and partner strategies to technical oversight and delivering creative solutions. He has also a PMP, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Associate In General Insurance and Associate in Commercial Underwriting certifications. He has run 5 half marathons and one 25k run. He is an avid blogger and loves reading business books. His mission is to maximise his potential and help others maximise theirs.
