Overview of the event

Machine learning is a field of artificial intelligence that uses statistical techniques to give computer systems the ability to "learn from data, without being explicitly programmed.

The "deep" in "deep learning" refers to the number of layers through which the data is transformed. Deep Learning is a new area of Machine Learning research, which has been introduced with the objective of moving Machine Learning closer to its original goals. In deep learning, each level learns to transform its input data into a slightly more abstract and composite representation.

Conference Schedule

Machine Learning and Deep Learning Day (30th August, 2019)
X Topic Abstract

I would probably present the talk on a Jupyter notebook.

X Topic Abstract

This work is based on Deep Learning, where a model can be transferred from one project to another project, so the knowledge can be accumulated across projects. It can be applied to any domains, a real-world business case example in credit risk will be presented. We will publish Python code associated with this topic.

X Topic Abstract

One of the main challenges facing the data science community is that their ML models are not built with production in mind. Hence most models do not end up being deployed as production quality code but rather stay in ad-hoc scripts or notebooks. I'll share my experience of how I have built low latency machine learning applications at scale.

X Topic Abstract

In this talk I will cover the following

• The importance of Chatbots in this new era of Conversational Marketing
• 3 Platforms that are now growing in the market of Chatbots
• Designing & Live Testing b basic Reservation System using Conversational AL
• Use Cases of the chatbots in 2020

X Topic Abstract

One of key challenge for customers to scale their automation is the lack of data around the actual automation opportunities. Process Discovery sometimes also called Process Mining is an automated capability that identifies and discriminates between repetitive patterns of human activity and groups them.
Process discovery has 3 major stages, first the process recording which then feeds into the Machine Learning model to identify clusters and lastly, the visualisation of processes.
In this talk you Jens will take you through the different stages of Process Discovery.

X Topic Abstract

As AI has permeated almost every industry, there is high demand for AI skills. However, the number of data scientists available are in short supply. Therefore, a lot of businesses are turning towards an automated solution for AI, called AutoML. That is, the business should be able to define the parameters of the problem to solve and let AutoML handle the rest.
In this talk, we will explore the ins and outs of using this new breed of solutions.
