Speaker Profile

Heidi is the Head of Talent Strategy in the Career Consulting Team of Mercer Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Mercer, Heidi led the Greater China Human Capital Strategy & Transformation Team in one of the leading professional services firm. During the 12-year tenure there, she led numerous strategic and transformational HR projects across the Greater China, APAC and global markets. She was also a key member of the Greater China HR Leadership Team accountable for blueprinting full spectrum HR solutions for professional services business.

Heidi is an expert in delivering people-oriented solutions including: talent strategy, HR transformation, change management, cultural transformation, employee value proposition, workforce transformation, workforce planning, employee experience, employee engagement, and performance management etc.

Heidi is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with dual master degrees in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology (CUHK) and Counselling (HKU).

She speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
