Automation is delivering immense value in all business areas through Speed of delivery, Quality, Availablilty and Reliability of process or service. The way to prepare for a future where artificial intelligence and automation will be a constant companion, is to understand it's capability, be an early adopter and utilize it's potential in day-to-day lives. Self driven and/or organisational driven trainings on automation capability will lead the way in preparing the employees for finding ways they can help themselves and their organisations to outperform. Such a 'learning organisation' will be able to differentiate itself in a disruptive sense, while staying relevant.
