Mohamed Harounis a senior RPA consultant and Pega Robotics Architect at Peepers and Roger Group, A teletech company. He received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University, PMP certification from PMI institute and CBAP certification from IIBA. He is experienced software engineer with deep experience in Business Process Management BPM, business analysis BA, Robotic Process Automation RPA, .Net development exposure to C#, ASP.Net, WCF Services, Entity Framework, also holds more than 8 years of SQL Server development and administration experience.

He also holds more than 3 years of ERP Consulting experience besides developing the customizations based on Customers needs along with more than 6 years of OpenSpan, now Pega Robotics, includes recent implementation in Telecoms in the Gulf region.

His international experience includes implementations and consultancies in Saudi Arabia, Sri lanka, Nigeria, Pakistan, Qatar.

X Topic Abstract

I would like to talk about the relation between RPA and customer experience giving a real practical example for FL e.g. Troubleshooting, self-service, Disputes, call reason detection, in-time reporting, etc. besides BO complex processes examples especially long and bulk ones that affects the SLA, service accuracy, reduce after service complains, etc. All given examples will be linked to real business KPIs of FL e.g. FCR, AHT, Customer satisfaction, etc. and BO KPIs e.g. SLA, activity reduction percentage, accuracy, etc.

I would like to end with the relation between RPA as the muscles that execute orders, Chatbots and AI as the brain that gives orders.

Many of the innovative projects get derailed or shot down in absence of right communication with respect to the "Reason" why they exist. Expectation from the RPA projects is much higher and wider and its important to set right qualifying criteria and expectation with respect to different departments and respective KPI. During this session we will discuss how to create that "Effective" business case and matrix to measure right data.

He has been on top of the latest technologies and have been active as industry speaker on various latest topics. He has passion for startups and has been instrumental in guiding some of the startups in "how to do more with less".

As RPA practioner and evanglist he has helped multiple organizations transformed their operations as they embark on this journey. His experience and expertise is backed by excellent Academic record in electronics Engineering and MBA in software enterprise management from IIM, Bangalore one of the best Management school globally.

Does RPA Implementation demand any pre-requisite to a company? Is there an implementation strategy I can follow? Will it fail or succeed? Do I have necessary project plan in place? These are the questions C-suite asks before adopting or investing in a new technology like RPA. A successful RPA implementation is a technological disruption to your current environment which must follow an aligned strategy with current operations, growth and vision of the company. I will be talking about the science behind the formula of smooth RPA Implementation. Succeeding in RPA Implementation requires an agile and business-led approach, establishing metrics and solving the obvious first, focusing on scale and frequency and not just follow end to end big bang approach.

I will also be sharing real-life examples from my experience on successful RPA Implementations with technical as well as business oriented details.

Ashish is currently leading pre-sales at Avanza Innovations, Dubai (Avanza is a leading player in Blockchain Implementations and consultancy in the region, who offer Blockchain, AI, Robotic Process Automation, Customer experience and Smart City solutions. Dubai government recently signed Blockchain MoU with Avanza). Prior to Avanza, Ashish worked at EY MENA, US and India office for past 5 years where he contributed mostly towards digital transformation projects and implementations and with Global Analytics division of Hewlett Packard for 2 years on WW sales strategy projects. His technological expertise includes Analytics and Big data, Robotic process automation and blockchain. Specific to RPA, he has been actively involved in multiple RPA assessment projects, POCs, implementations for varied sectors like telecom, real estate, banks, healthcare. He is an active speaker and trainer on topics like data analytics in assurance and finance, RPA training and blockchain awareness. He is a mechanical engineer and an MBA from National Institute of Technology, Trichy, IN.
